ALOHA
Hello everyone!!
The last few days have been so cool & so crazy! I finally made it to Hawaii Monday afternoon after four super fast weeks at the MTC!! It was so hard leaving… like so so hard but I instantly felt at home the second I landed! There were 72 missionaries that came to Hawaii on Monday. We got picked up and went to a Lookout point in Honolulu where missionary work was dedicated and first started was!
Not much has happened since I got here besides training and orientation! We spent the first night at the mission home with President and Sister walker and they are the BEST! He is Ezra Taft Benson's grandson and has so many cool stories. He has his book of mormon from when he was prophet and it was so cool to look through it and read all of his markings! Tuesday we drove to Laie and I met my companion Sister Kaiserman, she is an angel and goes home in 6 weeks :( I am already going to miss her. She has been so patient with me, which is such a blessing!
Being a missionary is so awesome and I can't wait to be here on this beautiful island for the next 17 months, nothing else is quite like it. I feel SO blessed.
With love, Sister Crowley
