Alohaaaa this was the quickest week ever! Interviews one full day & zone conference another. We had our zone conference at the Pulehu chapel, the sacred spot ever! It was the first chapel ever built in the Hawaiian island and was the place where Jesus Christ walked with George Q. Cannon... do some research it will be worth your time!!      My favorite part of zone conference was when our mission president shared a bunch of stories from his mission and the lessons he learned. It made me realize there is so much to be learned from every situation!      Every Sunday night we meet with Danè, a less active lady who's 47 but thinks she 22... we love her! We show up to her house because it's her birthday and she lets us know she has friends over. We're like that's okay we will just meet them. Safe to say most of them were 1/2 drunk wondering what the heck the missionaries are doing there. We made our visit VERY quick but shared 3 Nephi 9:14 with them (my fav)....

It's time for another weekly update and it seems like all I have done since I sent an email last week was eat. To mention a few things....Krispy Kreme doughnut French toast (a must try), loaves upon loaves of banana bread with coconut butter, plates of Tongan food which is basically just meat, and to top it off we had rice with 100% of the meals we had. This was the best week ever!! I love Maui so much! Here are all the highlights: -I met a new bestie named Michael (single, 70 year old man who loves Jesus) when knocking doors one day this week. He invited us to come back so we taught him the restoration and then invited him to pray about it and he said "ok... but I already know it's true" he then asked us when the soonest we could come back was!! - I had a mission devotional with the two missionaries from the Ricciardi Letter (probably only missionaries will know what that is) but it was so cool to hear them speak about their mission experiences and how they found so much joy in the work! - I met with a family of members this week who basically live in the middle of nowhere on the island, but also the most beautiful area ever (pictures below) and they have a huge taro garden. There are about 18 people who live in one little house. The sweetest people. They bake banana bread everyday and sell it at the Nakalele Blowhole a...
