ALOHA 'OE

Aloha! For the last time.

 

 

I can't believe this is the last email I will be writing. It seriously seems like yesterday that I started my mission. I have nothing but a full heart and tears in my eyes. I LOVE MY MISSION SO MUCH.

 

 

The biggest highlight of this week was being able to see some of the members in my ward on Maui enter the temple. We would meet with them almost every week and they were able to go through the temple and be sealed on Friday! They have been working towards the temple for the last year and it definitely wasn't an easy journey but it's so amazing to see God in the details of every step! 

 

 

Serving on temple grounds EVERYDAY has taught me the importance of the temple and the promises that are made inside. I still feel like I am living a dream being able to serve on these sacred grounds. 

 

 

Truth is I came on a mission to try and change others lives, but really my mission and the people i have met have changed mine. 

 

 

I'm going to miss Sister Crowley. But she will always be a part of me. Hawaii has my heart and always will. I have mixed emotions about going home. My heart is breaking to leave this island & the people but I do miss my mom, dad, and sisters. Come what may and love it I guess! God always has a plan and I am excited to see what He has in store for me next. I know discipleship isn't the tag that I wear everyday but it is what's inside my heart and my desire to continue following Jesus Christ. 

 

 

I return home a week from today and will be speaking in church the following Sunday (the 18th) at 9am! I would love to see you all there!
